Just to let you know that everyone thought the venue for Carolyn's birthday celebration really had the 'wow' factor.
Everyone was extremely complimentary about the standard of food and service they received.
We thought the table was beautifully presented, and someone even commented that the precision with which it had been laid out reminded her of a 'Royal banquet'!
Carolyn said the table arrangements (flowers) were exactly what she had hoped for. Tasteful and understated.
Having you present to make sure everything flowed well was truly appreciated.
Your staff worked so quickly and efficiently that no one was ever left with an empty glass. The Pimms went down particularly well, and the accompanying canapés were delicious!
The food arrived so promptly that we can't believe there weren't half a dozen chefs beavering away in your kitchens.
The quality of your food, and the way it was displayed, was stunning, especially when you were catering for so many at one time.
Carolyn and I have been lucky enough to have dined in many fine restaurants around the world, and it is our good fortune to find that one of the best is just around the corner from home.
It is clear to us that you and your staff have reached the highest standard of professionalism, and I think it is important that, at least occasionally, you get to hear this from your customers.
